Aircel — Reminder-1

This is Anand from Chennai, I am using aircel network for past 12 years. The number is [protected]. Last November 9 ‘2015 I recharged data pack Rs198 plan and Rs.20 EC for main balance account. I used my accounts balance only two r three days. When I using the facilities every time I check my balance for both data and main balance frequently. On 12th November night I would not able connect the internet and then I check my balance it will show nil balance that means 0(zero) for both data pack (0-zero MB) and Main balance (0-zero). Morning I immediately contact customer care and explain my quires.The customer care executive told you have data and main balance is there, due to server down it will deduct automatically in your account, we will credit same within 48 hrs into your account and also i register my complaint ref.no: 1) 1-[protected] and 2) 1-[protected]. But 15th November I get SMS from aircel, In that your reference no has been resolved. Immediately I called customer care and said without sort-out my problem I have message from you like this and the executive told me your reference no is not closed it still on process due to heavy rain network problem not cleared .I waited for three days, but there is no response from the aircel network side. Again I called on 19 November to customer care, they connect my call to higher official I speak to Ms. Maha from Pondicherry circle (my call not connected to Chennai circle). She reputedly same thing due to server down your request is on process we will surely credit your data and main balance within 24 hrs pleas wait. In between I check my balance it will show zero balance I did not connect the net as well as my outgoing calls. After two days again I called customer care on 22/11/15 with my reference no, I said my problem was not sort-out, but the customer care executive told you have not register any complaints till day, tell your problem now we register your complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. I am quarrel with them, they connect my call to higher official Mr.Vignesh. He also told samething you have not register any complaint again this, I told him my complaint no to him, he say simply its take by wrongly reference number again I quarrel with them and he say sorry for the mistake happen that now we can take new complaint no: 1-[protected] and also forwarded to our technical item they will revert to you by 24/11/15. I can received same SMS last time received your reference no:1-[protected] is resolved dated 23/11/15. Again I called when I received SMS like this to customer care they told me please wait till today night it will credit you sir. So I waited one night, but it will not happen and I checked my balance its also Zero. Next day that means 24th November I called and say my account was not credited still, they reply me we did not deduct any necessary amount or data or balance from your account sir. Whatever amount deducted from your account it will only usage for you used it. I am totally disappointment when they said like this and I ask him to give details of my usage, they told please hold on line we will contact you to our higher official they will give sir, I waited on line 20 mins but not to connect higher official and the call also cut. I know very well about my balance. They are totally cheated me, I am so depressed from aircel for worst service. The above conversation all recorded voice what I am spoken and what they told me and also received all complaints raised from me to my inbox. I can take him to human right s to get my rights.
