[Resolved] Aircel — Replied to Missed call alert number charged as International SMS & With out selecting or choosing Nyassa trail pack free is added to my account | |||
Actually I got missed call alert SMS from Aircel from +52299 for that i replied "GET" to get the details. But Aircel claiming this as international sms because i sent GET to 0052299. I have a proof that i sent this with +52299 attached with this. I raised complaints to Aircel but still now there is no proper response. And today i received a message link thanks for choosing the pack of aircel nyassa trail pack. But i didnt requested or activated this from any where. But i received from Aircel notification only. I called customer care but they said they are not seeing such pack is activated for my mobile. I think Aicel doing somthing for customers to pay more? Cheating customer? I already mailed to care.[protected]@ also no reply. I planned to move to other service provided. Was this information helpful? | |||
