[Resolved] Aircel — Request for Deactivate my Aircel Mobile Number | |||
Dear Sir, My Name is Senthil Murugan. K. I have bought 2 mobile aircel numbers (One for Voice - [protected] and another one for 3G Data Connection - [protected]) 3 months back. I haven't use my numbers last 2 months because i am in abroad, But my mobile bill is 874 (for 3G Data connection) and 445 (for Mobile Voice post paid). May i know what is the reason my 3G Data connection amount is too high which I am not at all using and the plan I was activated only for 2 months (I gave advance payment) but why should I pay for 3rd month. I am unable to pay my pending bills because the website is not opening in Muscat. I don't want those 2 number. Kindly deactivate the above numbers immediately (08-Oct-2014). Your's, Senthil Murugan.
