We would like to inform you that as per our record you have recharged with Rs.225.00 done on 13th May’17 against your Aircel mobile number [protected] found unsuccessful. Further, sometimes the transaction gets completed within 48 hours, however, if the recharge does not get successful within 48hrs, the amount gets credited back to your bank account within five working days.
We request you to kindly contact with the bank from which the recharge was done for reversal of the debited amount if the same is not credited back to your account within five working days.
Moreover, it was found that you are using a non-Aircel site to recharge your number.Hence, we request you to kindly use our official website www.aircel.com for further online recharges to avoid any inconvenience.
