[Resolved] Aircel — Rs. 61.40 balance deducted without any reason | |||
I, Baishakhi Seth De, am an Aircel consumer and my mobile no. is [protected] . I did an online recharge of Rs. 60 in my number on 01.01.15 and then the total balance in my account was Rs. 61.40. Though I did not call anyone from 01.01.15 to 05.01.15 the total balance deducted and came to a nil abruptly on 05.01.15 .I contacted with the aircel customare care repeatedly but have not get the proper answer. I activated DND formerly and there is no VAS in my number.So help me to get return of the amount quickly. Was this information helpful? | |||
