[Resolved]  Aircel — Rs 99 recharge not being used in the aircel no-[protected]

sir, I got recharge with Rs 99 on[protected]. that time I had some main balance also in my account. thereafter I called through my aircel no but instead of promo balance, the balance in the main account was being deducted. I was not able to use my promo balance which I got by recharging of Rs 99. still I can't use my promo balance and feel that the aircel company is not providing an honest service.
