[Resolved]  Aircel — Rs.98 balance deducted without my concern

What is happening with aircel? This is 3rd time my money has been deducted from my balance without my concern within 3months. Raised complaints, sent 4 mails, still no response. Even though i did not subscribe for video parlor (Rs.49), i tried unsubscribing it, by sending sms to 155223. For that i received an sms that “you are not subscribed to any vas service”. After 7days, again they auto renewed it and took another rs.49. Raised so many complaints, no use at all.
Really frustrated with aircel.
I need refund of rs.98.
Immediate action required.
Is this the way you treat a customer who has been with aircel for around 6yrs?
“so many of my colleagues also facing the same problem and we are planning to switch network unless otherwise you take necessary steps and refund it”

Around 3times I raised complaints to Appellate authority for the same problem.

Still, NO STEPS TAKEN TO RESOLVE AND NO RESPONSE from your end.

On Sep 21, 3.47PM, I got a message "Thank you for choosing VIDEO PARLOR you have been CHARGED Rs.49 for 7days" - which I have not subscribed.

Even so, i sent an SMS STOP to 155223, for that I got an reply "You are NOT SUBSCRIBED to Any VAS Service"

So I raised a complaint mail to both [protected]@aircel.co.in & appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in.
NO RESPONSE so far.

Again today Sep 27, 4.27PM, I received a message "Your video parlor at Rs.49 for 7days has been RENEWED "

Again Rs.49 has been taken from my account. But this time I can unsubscribe it.

I faced the same problem 2 months back, money deduction from main balance without my knowledge for something which I have not done.

DO I HAVE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT EVERYDAY?

"I NEED A REFUND"

IF YOU AGAIN DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SILLY REASONS, me & my colleagues will SURELY SWITCH NETWORK TO SOME OTHER SERVICES.

IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN WITH AIRCEL FOR MORE THAN 6YRS ?????????

My rajasthan mobile no [protected] had 40rs balance, then suddenly a message came with deduction of rs 35. with hungama service activate, but i didnt activated it, after some time again message of 4 rs deduction came of same service, this was wrong deduction this is often happens from aircel . I want my refund, contact no [protected]

Regarding Amount deductions in my sim.
Now I an using Aircel prepaid network. They automatically activated some plans and reduced my balance without having my permission .I said so many times to customer care about these issues they don't care about this.Please take immediate action about this issues.
