No, I haven't received the correct benefits.1GB 2G data hasn't been activated yet. ISD tariff has been activated on my number which i already mentioned with screenshots. For your kind information I don't want ISD tariff. I want 1GB data which was mention in that text message which was sent by AIRCEL.
So request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible without wasting my time and don't make a fool to your customers in future.

Could you please explain me which offer has been activated on my number? I received a text message in which nothing is mentioned that which offer is activated, only "your concern as per reference number[protected] has been resolved" was written on that text message. I tried 5 times to connect with your customer care executive, but i couldn't.
Please clarify this issue and inform me clearly that which offer has been activated.
