[Resolved] Aircel — Service activated and balance deducted without any legitimate reason | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is 4th time when I face this type of problem. A message came from DD-AIRCEL that "Your Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 35.0 is auto-renewed for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223. For your special offer dial 50000!!Toll Free!!" I had called customer care executives several times and spoke to them but they refuses to resolve my problem. Although I have already registered for DND but also this type of services are activated in my mobile. Please fully block these type of services from my Number.
