I had been using the Aircel SIM for 4 years. As I did not had identity as of residence in hyderabad before I recently registered my details at the Aircel office 3 times because of the repititive notifications.
From last few months I am experiencing call drop, no network when it is urgent to make a call and sometimes notifications about my number not got registered where in I myself have submitted the documentations thrice. I have talked to the customer care but its of no use. What is the reason to have a number and recharge when there is emergency and no network is available.
On the other hand I have one Airtel SIM I have been using from last 5 years properly registered with my name but the 2G data dont work properly. If I opt for 3G data plan, it wont last for even a week. When I need the internet its just too much slow. Why should one recharge huge amounts on these telecom services when the service is not provided properly. Was this information helpful? |
