Aircel — Sim activation completed. But recharge has not been done for past 2 days. | |||
This is Arun. I bought a new aircel data sim from aircel store perungudi chennai on Feb 28th 2015 which costs Rs.400 for 4gb (30 days) at around 6PM. The person who handed over the sim said, I can start using my data pack after televerfication around 8pm. I completed the televerification and sim got activated. But I was not able to use my data. when I enquired about this in televerification, they said like recharge has not been done from aircel store. Immediately, I tried calling the store, but none picked up the call. Since it was a Saturday, do I need to wait for Monday?? When will my sim will be recharged?? I bought the sim due to my immediate requirement. You people are having a poor customer service. Kindly do my recharge asap. My mobile data no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
