Aircel — Sim become inactive

I am using aircel prepaid number : [protected] from last 6 months, but unfortunate during this period i am faced a big issue like my number become inactive, no incoming no outgoing call and not any message, text, balance enquiry. When 3 months ago it happen customer care suggest me to submit documents again. I submitted.

But now this is second time, now what should i do? Should i again submit my documents? Why this again and again i submit document?


Please solve my error.

The no [protected] is disturbing me saying bad languages and even threatening.I searched the true caller for the owner of the number but no trace or record was found.pls block the no if it is owned without providing documents.

I feel very shame on your rubbish revert, "standard process", which kind of process Aircel follow, and what is this, I never seen or listen or not get any single text message or email regarding same.

I hope the "standard process" you are telling it's just the process how to and how many times peddle the customer, who is fulfilled all details and normally using the aircel number.

By the way i didn't get my questions reply, and I am not satisfied with same and not solve my issue yet. So please check the error and solve my issue with open my mobile number prompt or i will make complaint Aircel ON HIGHER LEVEL.

What I registered complaint and what I got revert from your side?

1- My number is not involve any suspicious activities that is inactive from 5 days, So how "ignore such calls"" even number is not working?

2- Why and how we police complaint against?
