[Resolved] Aircel — Sim card is not activated | |||
I bought an aircel sim card ([protected]) in hyderabad.I bought this sim card from a small store in hitech city hyderabad..They ask me a local number for verification.I am also give my friends number.Actually i am from tamilnadu.But till now the sim card does not get activated.please take a step to activate my sim card.Try to activate it as soon as possible.. Jul 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I bought a sim card by gave 200 rupees.My sim card is activated but the initial balance is not recharged.The retailer told me that once my sim card get activated means 45 rupees will be recharged ..but till i didnot get any amount .And further i recharged rupees 15 its also not get recharged.When i am trying to call someone it shows that your prepaid account has expired.please take an necessary steps to resolve this issue. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

We have checked your account and found that connection was activated on 28/6/2016. We would like to inform you that no FR(First recharge) has been done on your number. We request you to check from where you have purchased the sim.
