[Resolved] Aircel — SR#1-[protected] & SR#1-[protected] | |||
To who ever it may concern, I holding two Aircel number [protected] & [protected] under postpaid connection. I raised a request on 7th Feb to change it from Postpaid to Prepaid at Aircel Store in West Tambaram, Chennai. I received a call on 9th Feb from Aircel Rep and I gave my clarification why I wanted to switch from postpaid to prepaid. The rep said my request was taken and I can submit my doc after two day at the nearest store to do rest of the process. So I went to West Tambaram store on 11th and they said from @aircel team they didn't get the confirmation email to collective document from me, so came back. I went back again on 18th and they said still they didn't get any confirmation yet from @aircel team to collect my document. I called up the Customer Care and spoke to Manager and he said I have to tell the store agent to accept my request. I asked the customer care Manager to speak with the store agent, I went inside the store and gave the phone to store manager where he denied and ask me to get out of his bay as he is busy in counting the cash. I went out of the store and twitted to @Aircel. Again few ppl from Airecl called me and asked why do I need to change from Postpaid to Prepaid and gave the clarification to them and they said the request is approved and I can submit the Doc to any nearest store. Today (24th Feb) I went to two different stores in chennai Chinnamalai and Velachery. In Chinnamalai Aircel Store server is not working for past 3 months and In Velachery Store they do not have a form to collect the request and he asked me to submit the document where I have raised the request. Its really pissing me off here. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY STORE, I WANT THE AIRECL AGENT COME TO MY PLACE AND COLLECT THE DOCUMENT AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IN NEXT TWO DAYS.
