Sir, this is to inform you that i have noticed a vas services named "dialer tune" was activated on my number without my permission on 06/05/2016 at 03:24 p. M. And an amount of rupees (26+5)=31.00/ was deducted from my account balance. I would like to inform you that i have not activated this vas service and i do not want to use it. So, my request to you is that, please deactivate this vas service ("dialer tune") from my number and refund my money i. E. Rupees 31.00/ back to my main account balance. Thank you.
