[Resolved] Aircel — suspended my no.without any reason | |||
my mobile no. is [protected] of AIRCEL from 28.09.2014 its service was disconnected any one calling this no. mesage was coming like that"Sewa Mai Nahi hai" while contacting on AIRCEL customer care no. 121 on 01.10.2014 i was told please call 59059 and get it verified while callinng on this no. reply was coming you cannot connect this no. please contact 121 this is rustic way of tackling complain.Again calling on 121 i was replied system is slow please contact after some time. my grievace is that why i was told for verification of already verified number that was in service for the last one year and without any information why this no. was suspended. And close your customer care that was only for 50 paise per minute your people only know how to take 50 paise per minute without caring any customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

today is 5th october 2014 i think it will be resolved by oct'2015 may be this is the way of tackling complain in india. There is no time frame for resolving complain it depends upon company will.
