Aircel — suspension of services without prior intimation and horrible customer service | |||
I have already raised a service request no 1-[protected] my aircel postpaid connection no [protected] has been discontinued since last two days. i have made all monthly payments, latest being on 6/7/2015 of Rs 682. However service still not resumed, . Customer care says that I have to make interim payment of Rs 281 /- . But why should i make any interim payment when all my payments are regular. I am extremely inconvenienced and unable to make any payments right now because I am travelling in a remote area and not able to do any payment through netbanking as well since SMS facility has also been suspended on my number. Your customer care no [protected] does not offer any help I called the number 5 times, every time they said i have reached the service for prepaid numbers and they will transfer me to the concerned post paid department, but it never gets transferred. I need my services to be restored at the earliest else i m shifting to another service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
