Aircel Telecom — Unusual deduction of money

Without any conformation sms or without any activation of plan aproxx 10 rupees has been deducted from mobile number [protected] and after this calling to customer care they told sms pack is active on your number but as i described earlier no sms recived that conforms the activation of plan and also i had not activated such type of plan. Now, they are not refunding my money.

We have checked and found that no any deduction has been observed regarding VAS or WAP service on given number.
