Aircel — terrible customer care | |||
sir, i don't have any idea about Music Connect and Aircel APP124 . 4 days back i got a service msg about the 1st one Music Connect just i open that msg and del it bcz i dont need tht all aftr one hour my bal is cut nearlly 35 rs so i make cl to customer care and ask the reason thy says u activated the Music Connect i getting shock i told wth thm but thy didnt agree next day mrg i make cl to care and ask abt tht Music Connect thy nt provide info abt tht thy kp my cl in mute and aftr disconnect tht cl i got a msg "thanks for subscribing to Aircel APP124" again thy detected 25rs amount its worst service i thnk so for my frnds i suggest to port aircel it gvs and provide gud service but now im decided to port to other network Was this information helpful? | |||
