Dear highly unprofessional service provider,
I have been using aircel since march 2012 I was very happy with the
service you provided me with best rate plans saying proudly to everyone
but now its exactly opposite what is happening...my talk time rates were
1p/sec and suddenly you started increasing the rate and its 3p/sec you
didn't even inform, for your kind information the other service provider
don't neglect their user and they continue providing them service at
same cost and not at revised cost you did exactly the opposite once
again...not only this one more THE BEST EVER WORST SERVICE PROVIDED.I am
using prepaid sim card and recently I purchased a recharge coupon but
when I recharged it the msg came as sorry cannot recharge please contact
our service provider and when I called to your customer care number it
said that this number is not reachable...wow a brilliant service
provided by you once again "respect" and this did not happen once but
twice one this talk time recharge and other pocket Internet recharge .So I
think I should discontinue with this harassing service of yours which
causes mental disorder and also I heard that recently loop is being
closed and you are trying your level best to attract customers towards
you I think I should post something in your review page and also inform
as many people as much I can about this immature service of
your.Actually saying one should rename your name to "HARASSING SERVICE
PROVIDER" may you might have provided proper service this would not have
happened yet waiting for your reply and giving you chance to improve on
your fault otherwise you might be aware of the saying that "CONSUMER IS
THE KING OF MARKET" YOUR UNHAPPY USER
