Aircel — Threatening calls from aircel team

I had a bill pending for the phone number [protected] with relationship no: 1-[protected], a due amount of Rs.202 and the last date to pay the bill is 12th Dec 2015. I got a call from No.[protected] saying himself as person from Consumer Court and asked me to call No.[protected] and if I don’t pay the bill within 30 min they will forward the case against me. Even though I told him I will pay by tomorrow he was shouting saying that he don’t have time for this and I need to pay bill within 30 min. He tried to call me every 5 min to find the status. It made me to go the aircel store and pay the bill since online option is not working (which cost me half day leave to the office). Later I found from the aircel store that the parsons called me are also from Aircel. I didn’t expected such an incident from Aircel and the language that they are using is not acceptable. I am planning to go file case against Aircel team in the real Consumer Court.
