[Resolved] Aircel — To deduct the excess charges included in the mobile postpaid bill without prior intimation

I am using postpaid aircel network(ARP1018 Corporate-txt) under TNEB-CUG scheme and every year, as soon as I get intimation from aircel, I use to renew immediately by paying the scheme amount.But now without any intimation, this month the excess amount of Rs228.86/- is included with the regular bill.While I am always ready to pay the renewal amount, why should I pay the excess amount for my mobile [protected]?
