Good morning
My self Ranjit and my mobile no [protected]. Just now morning I switch ON my mobile and I got a message like that"Thank you for choosing pocket store fortnightly at Rs 49. You have been charged Rs 49 for 15 days". Can you please tell me what happening exactly and how it is possible without doing anything.
I am very upset about that because this is the third time in a week they activated three different VAS service. I don't like to fill the consumer form each and every time.

I specially request to you please deactive the pocket store fortnightly service and in future please don't active any VAS service.
