Aircel — unable to pay bill for postpaid bill / number deactivated | |||||
I m unable to pay bill for postpaid no-[protected], number is deactivated, while trying for on line payment, it asks for relationship number, which i don't have, plz resolve. Also visited several stores in the area, they are denying to receive amount. Aircel is not responding to any calls or emails regarding reconnection / bill payment. Since all my bank account, e mail id's & personal information has been linked with this phone number, i severely affected. Plz ask aircel to collect dues & reactivate number as soon as possible. Even I am facing same issue, I tried calling the customer care numbers( [protected], [protected]) but no response at all. Kindly solve the problem as early as possible .
