[Resolved]  Aircel — Unable to port out

I have been trying to port out of aircel since the past few weeks but am unable to do so. The message just doesnt get delivered. My number is [protected]. Whenever I call the helpline I never get a proper answer. I have spoken to the other provider too, but even they cannot help me untill i get a UPC. I have tried sending the message to 1900 10 times now and all of them are undelivered. MNP cannot be so difficut, all I can think of is maybe Aircel purposely does not deliver messages to 1900. Would really appreciate it if this is taken care of ASAP.

This complaint still isnt resolved. I have tried sending mails to the customer care email id but no rrply there either. Would request someone to look into this ASAP

Hi,
The customer centre did get in touch with me. Have sent a message to 1900 after changing the device, as suggested by the rep. Once i get the UPC would update this thread.
