[Resolved] Aircel — Unauthorised balance deduction | |||
My mobile no. Is [protected]. Yesterday I received a massage that video talkies 50 service was activitied and charge 35/- at my main balance. But I do not active this service. I talk to aircel customers care no. 198. The customer care executive tell me that my balance will refund within 8 hr. But now spending 16 hr. I don't have refund any balance. And I can't contact the customer care no 198. I requested to you please solved the problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
