[Resolved] Aircel — Unauthorised call to friends and relatives and unprofessional behaviour | |||||
I was a regular customer of aircel but in the month of June'16, i got a bill of Rs. 3000+ stating that the charges are due to data usages. I was really shocked, as my plan was unlimited data with credit limit of Rs. 700/- but how come the bill amount be so much (almost morethan 4 times of my credit limit). i had complained the same with aircel customer care and aircel appelate authority and also raised the same with consumer forum. Inspite of the above, sudderenly all of my friends and relatives are getting call from a mobile no on 17/09/2016 claiming that she is from aircel and you please make the payment on behalf of this particular customer as he has directed us to collect from you (whereas i never ever did so). It is really very shamefull for aircel to call my friends/relatives without my permission. More ever while calling to aircel customer care regarding such incident, they are saying we don't have any such information. We can't do anything on this right now but we will note it, our backend team will check on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Really got frustrated for the calls made to my friends and relatives without my permission... Biggest tragedy is the person who was calling to my friends and relatives on behalf of Aircel is not responding my calls...
