[Resolved]  Aircel — Unauthorised deduction and worst service

Customer care called up and said being prized customer i have received some this and that offers. he said i dont have to recharge anything and just have to maintain some balance and asked me just to listen about the offers..i allowed him to continue his chatter and at last said i am not interested in any offers. after that.. they deducted from my main balance without any confirming messages... when i called up the customer care as usual their server stopped working when serious customer calls up. i just wish i could port my number to other network hassle free... i would not recommend this network any one. worse network and even worst service!!

i haven't received any confirming message declaring my deductions so i cant provide you exact date and time. i came to know about this on the 29th sept and on 28th at 11:34 am I got call from your customer care service centre.

and near about rs 80 was deductated.
please provide me the necessary steps to port it to other network.
