[Resolved] Aircel — Unauthorized Balance Deduction

Dear Sir, I am costumer of Aircel prepaid, Bihar. My mobile number is [protected]. My mobile was switched off for few days as I was not using it. Tomorrow when I switched on my mobile amount of Rs 25 was deducted from my balance. No vas is active in my number, the amount deducted is totally wrong. In past also I had many issues with aircel regarding unauthorized balance deduction. Please look into the matter and get my balance refunded.
