[Resolved] Aircel — Unauthorized charges for mobile service | |||||
I have aircel mobile no.[protected]. I got call from company on 17 october at 12:29 pm.. I received the call . I did not press any option. still the service was activated on my mobile and 14 Rs. charge was taken. I called on customer service. the guy told me that balance once deducted will not be given back. so now I have no option. they do it so many times and I can not even complaint on their customer care service.
