Aircel — unauthorized deduction of balance | |||
hi, my phone no is [protected], to be honest this is the worst service provider i have seen when it comes to customer management, i have had two instances where my balance has been deducted without any valid reason for Internet usage where as i had a data balance it deducted my balance of 40Rs without any reason, it not about the amount but the kind of management where even the service is not available 24/7 to talk and get clarification what if the person is in the situation and runs out of balance what would he do in case of emergencies..seriously i would make sure who ever got the Aircel because of my promotion, have it no more and my email is [protected]@gmail.com for any clarifications u can reach me on that Was this information helpful? | |||

We have checked and found that you have done a recharge of Pocket Internet
37 on[protected] which provides 200MB of 3G data valid for 7 days. You have
been charged Rs.37.20 at a base rate of 10p/10kb post consumption of the free
200 MB data on[protected].
We are sorry to inform you that we would not be able to process any refund
of balance.
