[Resolved] Aircel — Unauthorized deductions for VAS services | |||
I am using Aircel ([protected]) mobile service for quite long time. For the past 2 months I am receiving SMS from Aircel stating that I have been charged for various VAS services which I did not activated nor I clicked any link. When I called Aircel customer care what they replied was a SHOCK. 1. They have no idea what those VAS services are for. They only argue that I am the one who activated the services. 2. They have no information on how to use those services. 3. They have no information on how to use those VAS services. Upon requesting them to register a complaint they were just reluctant and they are not ready to register one. On searching the internet I can see that thousands of people are affected by the same problem and most of them seem to just give up because of their busy life. I doubt there is some big amount of money being cheated by the third party services for which they are paying a commission to the Mobile service providers. THIS IS A BIG SCAM WHICH IS TAKING PLACE EACH AND EVERY DAY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF LOOP HOLES IN TRAI POLICIES. Please investigate this case and help me get all my lost money back. Thank you.
