[Resolved] Aircel — Undue deduction of account balance. | |||
I received an SMS from DT-AIRCEL, on 14/12/2016 at 02:15:17 pm, that my account was debited by Rs 29 due to subscription to Dialer tune facility, but I have not made any such request, neither verbally over the line or through text. Is this a common practice of this company to deduct account balance like this. This is a serious incident of fraud, I want a resolution at the earliest. My number is [protected].
