[Resolved] Aircel — Unexpected huge billing for my postpaid number | |||||
I did not get any proper information about the plan changes. I just got an sms saying "as part of standardization ur 3gsmart249 plan will be revised to 3gsmartplan299" which should just rs50 to my usual billing amount, but today i got an sms saying "your total usage (Billed + unbilled) is nearing your credit limit. Please pay rs.2034". This is ridiculous amount. I converted my prepaid to postpaid for rs.199 plan, after sometime they changed it to rs.249 and then now to rs.299. Aircel changes the plan and does not give any explanation about the new plan and send us ridiculous bills.
