Aircel — Unfair balance deduction by forcibly subscribing to unwanted service | |||
Yesterday (19th April) @ 11:55 am, a message was received from AIRCEL about being subscribed to MUSIC CONNECT service @ Rs. 30 per month..whwn i checked, a sum of 30 rupee was already deducted from my main account balance..much to the surprise, i haven't dialled any no. or send any code to activate any of your service..when i contacted 121, the lady executive responded in most unruly manner. Without listening to my problem, she ended up with "Thanks for calling aircel". Then i contacted 198 and i was told that the server is busy..Till then i am trying to connect a no. of times only to listen that your executives is busy somewhere else..
