[Resolved] Aircel — Unfair balance deduction and poor support | |||
I am fed up of Aircel as for the past month or so at certain intervals my balance is being deducted. I didn't notice it before as I don't check my balance often. But after recently recharging my phone immediately there was a balance deduction and as I have no services activated except my Internet plan which was completely in control. I don't know how this could've happened. I tried complaining but none of their numbers seem to have any response as I am going in circles with the recorded message and could not contact the customer care once, and I'm seriously considering switching to other networks. So far I believe around 80 rupees has been deducted although it may vary, I'm not sure. Please help me. I just want my money back and a decent service Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also fed up of Balance Deduction in regular intervals by AIRCEL.I have tried to contact with Customer Care Executives several times, but could not reach to them due to there Automated Fake System which is designed in such a way that anyone can be frustrated.I took a new connection of AIRCEL to get some benefits of there plans.Unfortunately within one and half month I am thinking to leave such a Service provider.
