[Resolved] Aircel — Unfair deduction of balance amount without my consent | |||
My aircel mobile no [protected]. Incident happened between 25th july to 30th july 2015.. An amount of Rs 50 deducted in the name of VAS services without my knowledge and without my consent.. I have reported the matter to the consumer forum too.. Because this is the second time that this kind o[censored]nfair deduction happened with me.. In my mobile no [protected] the same happened for the amount of Rs 30 and still not refunded.. Customer care executives are mere puppets without any intension to help with very rude behaviour.. I am sorry to say but aircel has become famous for unauthorised balance deduction company for its genuine customers harassing all o[censored]s.. Someone please look into this issue and do the needful.. I want refund of both the deduction.. SHAME ON YOU AIRCEL. Was this information helpful? | |||
