Dear Aircel, Please provide me UPC code for number [protected] My alternate number is [protected] I am getting message "Operator determined barring" when I tried to get UPC code for [protected]. Since it is prepaid sim there is no any kind of pending dues. There is no network whenever I enter my home, office or any local store.. Hope I will get UPC very soon.
