Aircel — Unknown deduction of balance [[protected]] | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that the account balance on my phone is getting deducted for unknown reasons. Every 2-3 days Rs.10 is automatically deducted. I have lost more than Rs.120 by this. Such kind of shady deduction of balance is absolutely untolerable. And I would suggest everyone to stay away from aircel. I have not activated any VAS or data plans or any other such services. With reference to your feedback regarding the charging of one value added service, we would like to inform you in that we have checked the usage logs and found that no recurring deduction is happening on your number for any value added services.You have been charged Rs. 10/- for downloading the one video service through WAP We have processed the refund of Rs. 10/- and it will reflect within 24 hours.
