I am not happy with the information provided/ conveyed by your team. Your team is not ready to listen my concern, all they do is enforcing the information they had.
I have referred the below Aircel authenticated website and I was under the impression for Rs294, I will be getting unlimted Local call + STD calls for Aircel to Aircel only.
Aircel Website I have referred:

But your team ask me to refer the below website, where the information given for the same tariff is different from I could see in the above Aircel website.

This mean Aircel is publishing false information in their website and getting benefit by fooling/ cheating their customer. Different information is being published in different Aircel authenticated website which is not my mistake. Also please do remember if Aircel is maintaining more than one website then dont expect the customer has to cross verify all your website to ensure the information provided in all the website are same which is not our job.
Also customer can use any medium to recharge according to their convenience & benefits they use to get but it should be indeed Aircel should not provide false information in different Url which is shame which leads to the customer are in trouble.
Also your team has closed the ticket without my knowledge which is an integrity issue. Your team is disconnecting the call while the customer is talking which shows Aircel is posting uneducated employees to handle the customer.
Can someone from your team look into this who has better attention to details? Because of this around Rs 12 has been charged from my Main balance account. I want that amount has to be added in my Main balance account.
