Aircel — Unnecessary activation of packs | |||||
My phone no is [protected] and my balance was ₹11 today morning. I complained about unnecessary balance cuts from Aircel last week. That complaint got resolved but this week they started there old method of cutting my balance. This time Aircel has service like honeymoon destinations on my no [protected] on 10/10/2015. I am a student why I want a pack like honeymoon destinations. I even don't know such a pack exits. Please stop this unnecessary activation of facts and refund my balance. We would like to inform you that, We have verified your account details and found balance depleted for Mastimall Service and charged Rs.11/-. Service activated through WAP on 42287 waiver posted for Rs. 11/- as one time good will gesture and service deactivated.
