Aircel — Unnecessary balance deduction many time | |||||
I am Nitesh Kumar and my nmbr is [protected] rajasthan aircel. I faced many times this problem regarding balance Deduction. This time time I had call to customer service executive. And she was tell me ur balance will be refunded with in 2-3 days. But I received this msg today but no bal recredited in my account. Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 6/2/2016.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre.
