Dear Pratyay,

Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 5/- got deducted dated- 6/4/2015 due to Activation of VAS - MCAEVENt - TANLA through USSD. Credit of 5/- - have been posted in your's A/C from our end dated - 8/4/2015 .

sir, my name pratyay sana and i am using aircel no. [protected]. on 4th Jul, 2015 at 12.26 pm i got a message from DD-AIRCEL saying "Thank you for using Aircel Service " and then my balance is reduced from 41.14 to 36.35. Rs. 5 was reduced without any reason from my account. so if you be kind enough to return that Rs 10/- and make sure that this does not happen again i will be really grateful. FYI.. a few months ago Rs. 10 was reduced from my a/c and after complaining in this thread i got it back. so i am raising my hope for the best. Thank you.. Pratyay Sana ([protected])
