Aircel — Unnecessary services activation

On April 18th I've received message from aircel saying, SUPER COMBO activated and deducted ₹5.0 from account(Time 22.27) after that I got another message saying thank you for activating SUPERW service and deducted ₹5.0(Time 22.27).After this again I got message saying thank you for subscribing 'Attractive model weekly' . None of these are services are activated by me. Then I called the customer care for their action, they're not text to refund the money which I've lost. They didn't give proper response to the problem which I faced. I've recorded the conversation for proof.please take action against this automatic VAS services.
