Aircel — Unnecessary subscription and renewal of 'namma namitha' | |
I have been using aircel since 3 years, my cell no is [protected] and had no complaint since last few months. From last few months they automatically subscribe services which i am not interested in, i had also complained back then but nothing happened and yesterday on 24 may 2016 they subscribed me 'namma namitha' without my knowledge and deducted rs 15 from my account and today 27 may 2016 they automatically renewed it and said charges will be deducted, i dont have enough balance in my account. I am really very annoyed and also there is no provision on how to deactivate such service when i tried to found out which vas are activated on my no. It said no vas is activated and still they deducted amount and renewed it. Please return my money back i beg you if possible and at least deactivate 'namma namitha' which they automatically activated as i dont know from where it can be done. Please do some sincere efforts in resolving this issue. I look forward for improvement in aircel services as i believe in aircel Was this information helpful? | |
