[Resolved] Aircel — Unnecessary vas charges being deducted. | |||||
Dear sir/mam... I'm a customer of aircel using prepaid connection. I'm receiving messages for certain vas products even without me subscribing for the same and i'm being charged. Last month i have been detected rs.30 for dialler tunes and today again for nyassa astrology rs.30. I have not subscribed or sent any confirmation sms from my end for the above said services. When i called aircel customer cell there was no proper response. Would appreciate if you would look into this issue and resolve my problem at the earliest.
