Aircel — Unreasonable balance deduction...

I have use aircel network more then 5 years. But from 2 days before i have facing problems unreasonable balance deduction. i have check in VAS deactivation. but no services was in activation status. I have compliant to the aircel network for 2 times but no response. My mobile no was [protected].

Date was 7/11/2015.
Amount was 50, 10 and 10.
No Deduction messages was received.

after the balance deduction i have check the vas service deactivation. it shows no vas service was activated in your mobile.

As we already informed you that you had used VAS services through WAP mode hence we are unable to process the reversal.
