Aircel — Unsatisfying response | |||||
I am using aircel. I have activated unlimited internet pack which takes RS.9 per day and it said it has autorenewal. while i was using on monday i was deducted RS.42 stating that 4mb data has been used .When i complained to the customer care they say that the pack will be activated only from 02:00-midnight(12am) hrs . I dont see the point of a day that is usually 24 hrs here.They must have stated this in prior .How would i possibly know that i cant use during 00:00(midnight)-02:00 hrs.I need my money to be refunded and they better specify this daily internet is only only valid from 02:00-midnight(12am).So that next time some other poor guy wont be put through this again. And i tried complaining through mail which stated the recepient mailbox is already full no matter how many times i send.When i try complaining on their site it states that due to technical reasons it cant submit my details.
