Dear Team,

There are last two times when little amount is deducted every time
from my mail balance with the reason given by your customer care
executive that deduction is due to down load of wall paper. But I am
have not download any wall paper from the internet.

This is not fair business practice to deduct the balances from
customerr main balance. this will effect your dignity and reputation
of your company.

I want back every deduction which u have done and already discontinue
all the services from my number.
