[Resolved]  Aircel — Unwanted Activation of services through IVR and deduction of Balances.

Its been noted that the company is giving 7 to 8 unwanted calls a day which prompts us to attempt one or two and cut the call. But on attending there is some service getting activated and balance is getting deducted. On calling the Complaint Helpline, its as if the executives are ready with the answers that they will be deactivating the service and also would make sure that they would activate Do Not Disturb. And also on asking them to connect to Higher officials they are simply keeping the call on hold for more than half n hour. I have done this several times and till now its not been actioned. Please make sure this is taken seriously .
